Terms & Conditions

Consultant booking an appointment through the Nemcare Hospital website, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Advance Payment
   I understand that booking an online appointment does not require any advance payment. All applicable consultation and related charges must be paid at the hospital prior to availing the consultation.
2. Advance Booking Requirement
   I acknowledge that same-day appointments are not available. All appointments must be scheduled at least one (1) day in advance through the online system.
3. Reporting Time
   I agree to report to the hospital at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time for registration, verification of details, and completion of necessary formalities.
4. Delays and Waiting Time
   I understand and accept that consultation timings are indicative and may be subject to delays due to ongoing consultations, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Nemcare Hospital shall not be held liable for such delays.
5. Right to Cancel or Reschedule
   Nemcare Hospital reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any appointment at its sole discretion without prior notice due to operational requirements, doctor unavailability, or emergencies.
6. Accuracy of Information
   I confirm that the information provided by me during the booking process is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any incorrect or incomplete information may result in cancellation or delay of my appointment.
7. Missed or Late Appointments
   I understand that failure to report on time may lead to cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment, subject to availability.
8. Patient Responsibility
   I agree to comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and instructions provided by hospital staff during my visit.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
   I acknowledge that Nemcare Hospital is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of my personal and medical information. All information collected during the appointment booking process and subsequent consultation shall be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and healthcare confidentiality laws. Such information will be used solely for medical, administrative, and operational purposes and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties without my consent, except where required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
    Nemcare Hospital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the online appointment booking system or from any delays, cancellations, or rescheduling of appointments.
