The Neuro & Spine Surgery /Neurology Department specialises in microscopic brain and spine surgery for tumours, disc disease, and stroke. The Hospital has been demonstrating the NIM system (Nerve Monitoring system) to save nerves during surgery with highly Computerized Guided Surgery (Neuro navigation) for brain and spinal malignancies. Endoscopic Neurosurgery for the Brain and Spine is also available. There is also a Trauma Center for Brain and Spinal Injury with Rehabilitation. It is the top centre in the region for treating elective and trauma-related surgical diseases of the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves.

The Department of Neurology at Nemcare Hospital aspires to provide in-house CT scanning as well as a high-end operating microscope. In addition, the ICU is fully equipped with a ventilator and provides intensive care services 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist post-operative care.
