The Medical Oncology Department at Nemcare Hospital is committed to visits with Supportive and Palliative Care experts who collaborate closely and share in- and out-patients with the Medical Oncology Department. The goal of the centre is to better understand the factors that influence the quality of life and treatment of advanced cancer patients and their carers. Weekly meetings, in which clinical situations are reviewed and exchanged, allow specialists to connect with one another. All of the specialists treat the patients at the same time.

The Department of Oncology at Nemcare strives to provide expertise based on the sickness of various organ systems, as well as a contemporary and highly efficient blood bank that provides blood and blood components 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Along with providing the most up-to-date information, skill, and experience in the treatment of any type or stage of cancer.
